Our business model . . .

Both of our backgrounds were at office furniture dealerships. We’ve lived the fight for higher margins. We experienced competitors stealing our specifications. We’ve experienced lowering our margins knowing that multiple dealers in our market could get the same product. Stealing a spec or two dealers fighting it out would never work for our business model. We needed for our products to be better made with better features than our competitors. Selling an inferior product for higher margins wouldn’t work. We had to be smarter in deveoping new products. What we’ve also done since 2008 is develop a line of chairs and height adjustable bases with high quality, high comfort, with features that customers want. All for a much lower cost than anyone else could provide to a dealer. Dealers get exclusivity in their market. Dealers get products that work without issue. Dealers get high margins - forty two plus and then some.

Private label products

Although we’re showing the Seating Source logo on the boxes pictured below, our norm is to put our dealers logo and model number (not ours) on the box.
